Goals and Objectives

SNCS Library is committed to support Pasig Diocesan Schools System Libraries vision/mission through its staff professional development, collection development programs and policies, improve physical plant, facilities, equipment, furniture and fixtures, and to provide quality services and through its utmost commitment to Catholic education.

In line with the vision/mission of SNCS library, it commits in the achievement of students’ academic excellence and professional growth of teachers and personnel by the following:

o Upgrading and aligning the library program in line with the curricular offerings of the institutions;

o Meeting the needs and interests of the students, teachers and other personnel as well as helping them develop their skills and interests for life-long love of reading by providing them with updated and relevant information;

o Aiding the teachers in the latest teaching and learning strategies;

o Responding effectively to the changing needs of the community through a systematic planning and evaluation;

o Helping ins instilling Catholic values in students, teachers and personnel; and ∙ Promoting awareness of Filipino culture and values
